General Viktor Zhukov was a KGB officer and head of Directorate S.
Zhukov was involved in Elizabeth's training and she saw him as a foster father. He was also Claudia's lover.
He was killed by the FBI in a retribution killing. Claudia sent Elizabeth to avenge his murder and kill Richard Patterson, the man who ordered the killilngs. She later murdered Patterson herself.
